Stabling: $50.00 per night. Grounds Fee: No grounds fee for competing horses. For non-compete horses, $50.00. Muck Fee: $25.00 (To be charged onto credit card on file on Compete Easy if stall not stripped and swept clean). Tack stall: $50.00 per night. Late Fee: (included in Post Entry fees above) $25.00 Double Entries: Not allowed. Incomplete Fee: No fee for missing items, but incomplete entries will not receive ring/ride times. Change Fee: $25. Changes must be in writing (email to [email protected]). NO TEXT MESSAGES. Camping: W/electric hookup (only eight available on a first-come, first-placed basis): $50.00/night. Placement next to barn is not guaranteed.Absolutely no trailer parking at stabling! All trailers must be parked in designated satellite parking. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter fee ($20), is not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not enter the ring or start their dressage test.

USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) required at all levels.HORSE REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH/NEH horses. PAYMENT: Credit card payments only for entries. Additions after entry submission (stabling, shavings, camping, etc.) can be paid on the MDHT website or by Venmo. Stabling/Veterinarian:
Stabling: 112 permanent stalls with stall doors. $50 per night (does not include shavings) AND schooling on Loch Moy's XC schooling course. Muck deposit charged via Compete Easy if stall is not stripped and swept. Competitors wishing to stay for the week, call 301-514-0111. Bedding available for purchase ONLY if pre-ordered on stabling form. Shavings are $12/bag. Camping:$50.00/night w/ Electric hook up (20 amp). $25/night w/o Electric. (This includes the right to park one (1) RV or trailer at stabling even if barn parking is full. Any RV, camper or trailer used as sleeping quarters MUST be paid for). Trailer Parking at Stabling: Free unless barn parking is full. Only trailers or RVs registered for camping may park at stabling if barn parking is full. All others go to satellite lot, no exceptions. Consult show office for most up-to-date parking situation.

Disrespect: Absolutely no disrespect will be tolerated toward any volunteer, official, staff, rider, student, groom, trainer, coach, spectator, or other participant. Abusive action toward horses is likewise unacceptable. Individuals who persist with disrespectful or abusive words/actions will be asked to leave the property immediately.
