1) ENTRIES:
Fees:
Please bring your own pinny holder if possible! Include $20 Deposit (refundable) if you require a HTPEI pinny. A few holders available for purchase.
Sign and include Covid19 waiver with your entry. Daily Covid attestation required to be signed onsite the days of the competition as well.
Late entries (received after Sept 20 Closing Date) charged $25 late fee. Entries improperly completed (missing fees, info, etc) are considered late if not updated before Closing Date.
Enter Online and check status online via CompeteEasy.com Pay with Credit Card, Paypal or Etransfer to [email protected] (If unable to enter online, email entry forms to Organizer using EC Eventing Entry Form.)
Cheques payable to Horse Trials PEI.
Ensure you have all required memberships (PTSO, PHTA, EC Sport License) and include copies with entry form and Digital Horse Recording for EV105 & Training level. list qualifications and sign liability waiver.
Refunds: Before CD: full refund. After CD: less $40 admin fee.

Sept 25th - 9:00am – Dressage
Sept 26th - Stadium & Cross country.

5) DRESSAGE: EC 2016 Tests – EV105: Preliminary Test 1; OT: Training Test 1; OPT: PreTraining Test 1; OE: Entry Test 1; OPE: Entry Test 1; OPW: Entry Test 1. All tests in 20m x 40m. Sand footing.
6) CROSS COUNTRY: EV105: 2000m@500mpm, T: 1800m@450mpm, PT: 1502m@400mpm, E: 1498m@350mpm, PE: 1079m@325mpm, PW: 700m@300mpm. Rolling fields and wood trails. Super grass footing.
7) AWARDS: Prize money, ribbons to 6th and other special prizes.
8) ACCOMMODATIONS: Quality Inn, 15 York Point Road, Cornwall 902 892 7900; Thistle & Shamrock B&B, 209 Trans Canada Hwy, Cornwall 902 566 3963
9) DIRECTIONS: Strathgartney Equestrian Park, 18 Strathgartney Road, Bonshaw. From Confederation Bridge, take TCH to Bonshaw. Follow road signs to Strathgartney Equestrian Park. Turn right onto MacManus Road, turn right at end of McManus Road onto Strathgartney Road.
From Wood Islands ferry, take TCH west through Charlottetown to Bonshaw. McManus Road is on left just before bridge at bottom of hill.
10) OTHER INFORMATION: No canteen onsite, Riverdale Orchards & Cidery (5kms), Blue Goose Restaurant (7kms West), Subway and other restaurants in Cornwall (11kms East). First Aid on-site. Vet and farrier on call.

ARTICLE A519 VACCINATIONS
All horses attending Equestrian Canada sanctioned competitions must have been administered Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Virus (1&4) vaccinations within 6 months (+21 days grace period) before arrival at the event. No horse shall receive vaccination within 7 days prior to arrival at the event. Horses not in compliance with this rule may be asked to leave the event site at the discretion of Competition Management.

All Non-Residents of PEI must apply for and receive a PEI Pass before entering Prince Edward Island. DO NOT wait till the last minute to apply or you may not receive your pass in time!
